Another amazing purchase from BBX
It's a big decision when it comes to getting a home, one that is going to be with you for a long time, SL is no different, after myself and my wife to be went around the grid looking at houses we always ended up back at BBX.
Many places we had been and seen offerings where never perfect, great ground floor planning poor utilization of space up stairs, or vice versa.
Prim count was important to us and some of the buildings we viewed where way over budget, and we kept coming back to the billionaires house, we viewed it so many times, and loved it, we just had to buy it.
The layout of the building is really good, the space utilization verses SQM area is well thought out, there is a bedroom to the left of the building with no windows in it was the only part we didn't like but that is a minor grumble as this room could be converted into anything you like and should not be marked down as a negative at all.
Everything that comes with it, all the extras is truly worth every L$ the attention to detail second to none while keeping a low footprint for the shear size good job BBX.

Great House love the way the doors open to make it very spacious and open plan and allways great quality.
Has several strange design choices
The main bathroom oddly has one huge shower closet like area, and then a totally separate shower for no discernible reason in the same room. The home also rather shows it's age with lower quality textures and blocky design. It is, however, a fairly nice setup but at least for me requires a lot of customization. You can easily remove the driveway/docks as they are separate sections once the house is spawned, but many of the textures used for things like the water are extremely dated.
That said the show room for the store does let you take a look around it ahead of time and as long as you know what you're doing applying more modern textures is pretty easy.
