The ground floor consist of a very spacious living room with a fire place and a large kitchen with with a dining table.
At the side and front a large terrace with a nice view to the nearby beach or over the bays.
The upper floor is the master bedroom, a bath room and a third room. the upper rooms have own balconies to have
a nice view over the bay of Hanaji and Bit Bat Bot or to the open sea.
Relax on the very large balcony with your beloved, admire the sunset over the Hanaji and Bit Bat Bot bay or watch the birds and seagulls outside.
The house is situated in a higher place, but only a few steps to public beaches.
As all our houses, it comes with a high level security system, which our tenants can control by themselves. Ask us, when it is new for You, and we show You, how easy the usage is.
Regular price is 500 L$ per week and includes 450 prims for your own usage when unfurnished, or 400 prims when furnished.
For a small fee You can rent additional 100 prims.
Ask for special rates. First discounts we offer are for four week continuous renting. Always ask for them!
