Leash Handcuff (menu)
*Owner*
- Set Owner - sets the rights to one person. only the owner is able to use the menu.
Owner have to be in a radius of 10m.
- reset - deletes the Owner. The wearer have access to the menu and can set a new owner.
*lockk/unlock*
Locks/unlocks the Handcuff ~
Using the Handcuff the Restrained Life Viewer (RLV) with open rely, the wearer can´t remove it.
*Leash*
grab - take leash.
yank - pulls up the wearer
unleash - unleashes the wearer
length - sets length of the leash ( default length is 3m)
leash to - passes the leash to another person.
Post - passes the leash to a "Leash Post"
