It looks complicated, but it is very user-friendly and easy to use and figure out:
♡ Seamless Integration: Automatically syncs with the Hands On Mommy Labor HUD for real-time contraction data; also functions independently for versatile use.
♡ Real-Time Monitoring: Patients are given a fetal monitor belt which actually listens to Hands On Mommy contractions and reports their intensity on the TOCO scale, just like in real life. For Non Hands On Mommy users, the stage of labor can be selected manually and contractions are shown accordingly.
♡ Mode Switch: Inspect fetal heart rate (FHR) and contractions with the dynamic graph mode or numerical mode option. Possibility to toggle a long, beautiful printed trace.
♡ Realistic FHR options: Toggle between Normal, Bradycardia and Tachycardia with corresponding changes in number and sounds to reflect various fetal conditions.
♡ Multi-Baby Support: Accommodates singletons, twins, or triplets for diverse pregnancy scenarios.
♡ Interactive Non-Stress-test: Conduct Non-Stress Tests with progressive feedback and choose between a healthy or more “high-risk” reading.
♡ Interactive Variability assessment: Including heart rate variability assessments with choices between ideal, good, concerning and high-risk scenarios to enhance roleplay depth. When the highest-risk scenario is selected an immediate c-section will be advised.

Amazing Work
This is now my favorite piece of equipment in SL. I love how it displays in real time and syncs with the HOM hud. It adds just the right amount of realism to role play. NST is a genius addition to it as well. I look forward to using this in my clinic!
