The cavalry hat with feather has texture options for the hat, band,feather and emblem. Just touch the hat and bring up the menu choose appearance and which part of the hat you would like to change. There is also a no feather and no emblem option.
To adjust the size just choose size from the pop up. The hat is Mod.
