Has modify permissions so you can resize it to fit and change the gems (e.g., to emeralds, rubies, or a mix).
No bling. Prim count isn't given as item is intended to be worn.

Gift for my wife was sent to me instead :-(
As this is not transferable I have no way to give it to my wife, now.
I sent a notecard about it to the creator one month ago and have not heard back, yet. This is not good customer service.
