Icey Fire!
I call this Ice Fire effect. This is a neat particle effect emulating a fantasy Icey Fire. This has many uses, the limit is only your imagination. Great for any setting.
The script is mono compiled to potentially help reduce lag on your sim. And this script does come with full permissions. So you may modify it as you see fit.
Click View images to see the screenshots, I've included day, night, and next to my avatar so you can see the effect from different times of day and the size compared to my avatar.
Very easy to customize.
