Works great for my purposes
I actually use this to "erase" eyeshadow below my eyes. I only like eyeshadow on my upper eyelid, but some of my eyeshadows have a line or smudge below my eyes as well, so I get rid of that part of the eyeshadow with this handy fix.

Well fear not! This concealer fixes it!
I have a skin that is almost perfect to my taste, but there were some darker shading around the under eyes and it was really getting on my nerves whenever I'd pan my camera close to my face. I thought I'd search for a concealer since, y'know, that's what people do in the real world, and I found this! Was not disappointed!
It helped blend in the darkness on the lower lids with the rest of my tone without completely blocking it out, just enough that it made the difference that I needed it to without it looking like I just caked my under lids with some frosting topping, like I feared a concealer might look in SL.
Having the extra tone options and not just a single tintable white version is a fantastic option as well to include, made it super easy adding it to my catwa head with no extra work I on my part!
And the price? Sweet baby cantaloupes... you have to get it! It's a steal!
Wish it was better
Well, I did try the demo and loved it... So I bought it...
However,, it worked well.... You cant wear any eyeshadow
with it..
So get it if you dont ever wear any shadow..
