Better make sure you rez it right the first time, because if you don't and try to do it over again, good luck putting it back together. It winds up in pieces, and it's no copy, and no re-delivery, so... If you mess up, get ready to pay way too much to get another one and try again.

The stars I gave it are for it being a gorgeous house, but yeah. No copy, fiddly, unable to fix it once you mess it up. :/
