The Kaiila Hud is made for Kaiila avatars, that need particular settings to manage ranges and damages.
A kaiila uses its front claws to fight, but also its hind claws to kick to the back, so this hud does a double damage, forward and back together. For this reason its use is allowed ONLY for kaiila avatar.
The Kaiila hud is calibrated considering the particular form of the avatar and for this reason has specific range and arc.
It can be used alone, or in combination with the "BC Deluxe Riding System" and "Teegle" that allows a driver to mount the Kaiila.
===== HOW TO MANAGE THE CLAWS/HOOFS
Nothing can be communicated with public chat (channel 0).
The commands are available by chat or by menu
To display the hud menu you can:
- write in chat "/1 hudmenu"
- click on "LR" logo
===== MENU & CHAT COMMANDS (channel 1 by default)
● DRAW & SHEATH
You can draw and sheath the claws by clicking the icon in the hud or by chat command:
/1 claws on
/1 claws off
● ANIMATIONS
You have 4 realistic animations and realistic sounds. The animations are made for Kaiila mesh avatar, so, if you use a different beast, you can disable them to avoid strange displacement of your avatar.
The chat command are:
/1 animon (default)
/1 animoff
● SOUND SET
Enable and disable the sound set.
/1 soundon (default)
/1 soundoff
● STYLE
Select the fighting style: Normal or WASD (for CCS/DCS compatibility).
To fight in WASD style hold the left click of the mouse and use the arrow keys to hit. To use the W-A-S-D keys, close the Local Chat Bar, by clicking the "Esc" key.
W/S control forward and backward and A/D control strafing left and right.
Chat commands:
/1 normal style - use normal combat style using the left click of the mouse (default setting)
/1 wasd style - enable the WASD/ARROW fighting mode
● MOUSELOOK
Enable/disable the swing when you are out of Mouselook.
Chat command:
/1 mouselook - switch on/off the swing out of Mouselook (default value is ON)
● KAIILA DRIVER
The Kaiila avatars can exclude the hits to their driver.
When the driver sits on you, click on LR logo in the hud, and select "Kaiila driver" from the menu, then select the name of your driver to avoid to hit him.
● MANAGE THE SHOW/HIDE CLAWS IN YOUR AVATAR
By adding the included script to your Paws and with some simple modifications, your claws will retract and extend.
When you make hit, the target reads in chat "LR Kaiila Combat 2.00 (only Kaiila allowed)".

ATTACHMENT TYPE
You can attach the Hud in any hud attachment point. You can move the Hud position on the screen, in the place you prefer.
RESET THE HUD
You can reset the Hud (in case of strange behaviour, for example after TP or for the lag) by clicking on the Preferences icon and then "Reset" button.

Teegle Bento Kaiila
This is a great add on for realism! Sadly, most SL Gor sims do not allow animals to participate in raids, and barely tolerate animal characters at all (most sims tend to banish animals to places where their chances of getting any RP is small to non-existant, so really they just allow them for traffic help). This would be a really awesome thing to get to use if animals were actually allowed to participate in combat! As it stands, if you play a Gorean animal, and you play it realistically, you'd get banned or killed REAL fast in just about any sim, which sadly, makes this very cool add on a fun flavor text add on that will never see actual use...
