First the hats are incredible and well worth the money. Second, I was having trouble understanding how to size them and the creator not only contacted me on his own, he spent all the time I needed to understand how to do it which turned out to be very simple. Bottom line is this guy cares about the quality of his product and the happiness of his customers which is extremely rare in SL as we all know. Big Thumbs Up! If I could give him 6 stars I would!
