To access the texture change menu, you will either need to drop the coat on the ground and click on it, or choose "touch" from the pie menu when right clicking it! (Due to an SL issue outside of my control, the edit menu may need to be open to right click the object.)

It's alright.
Without sleeves or something on your arms, it looks kinda weird. But it looks just like the picture shows.
Unusable
Sizes are awkward and hard to fit and the alpha hides part of the arms outside of the surcoat.
