Basic Awning.
Can be textured however you like, resized however you want.

Exact as I needed!
The awning is awesome, low impact, and scriptless so you don't have to worry about lag. It starts out HUGE though just a warning. This will definitely become something that I use on all the houses that I own that need porches.
