[LSF] Mesh interior door fullperm

Lowprim mesh with high LOD.
UV and shadow textures included.
A simple door script is included. (fullperm)
1 textured and scripted example included.

The doorframe (phantom) has 3 texture faces.
- main texture for the frame
- shadows around the frame
- shadows above the floor

The door has 5 texture faces
- main texture
- door detail (squares)
- door handle
- shadows above the floor
LAND IMPACT: 1

The door pivot point is correct in the mesh so it should work with most scripts.
