The two have slightly different animations, one is more inclined and the other is more upstanding, the third version is instead a folded one , more used as a prop.
The version with the Towels allow for couple seats, while the version without holds only one person sitting, but it is also 1 prim .
This is the full version which includes some bonus items like textureable bags, and hats.

★Customization
☛Customization of Beach chairs
The Chairs have a special option to customize the logo.
By default it uses the Las Islas Logo , but you can replace it by manually editing and selecting the logo texture face and drag and drop your own texture on it ... the logo on the chair is pretty straightfoward just make one in your favored graphic editor and upload to replace it.
This will allow you to have your personal beach club logo on the parasols and chairs if you would like it to .
☛Using the props
When rezzed the props are temporary and will delete themselves when you will leave the towel, or the chair, if you want to make them permanent you need to select them and shifthold while selecting the item and drag them on a side, this will clone it and make it permanent.
