This Meeting Room, Classroom, Auditorium was designed for the ease of use with you in mind. There are no inclosed spaces which makes it very functionable to use for its purpose, with 360 degrees viewing inside with the camera.
The open roof works for the viewer to also see from above and for any tall objects that maybe place within the build for lectures, ect.
There is a great open space inside for you to place lecture boards or what ever you may need within the building with 40 seats and 2 poses on the steps.
This building is also great for any meetings you may wish to have with a group, for example some one reading out aloud.
This is COPY/MOD to make the building flexible for you.
eg. Retexure, remove seats and place your own within the build as you wish.

I love the general design of this and was able to use my own textures to make it my own. I also was able to use my own seats in the final design. I always buy things I can change to my taste and because of the permissions on this item I was able to give it my touch. Thank you to the designer, it is perfect for our lecture series.
