This ranch style home combines elements of traditional colonial architecture with the open and single floor living found in the ranch house design. Brick with accents and siding adorn the home complete with colonial shutters and pillars supporting the front covered porch.

The entrance to the home includes bricks stairs which allow you to reach a spacious covered front porch. The stairway is flanked on each side by brick planters with elevated planting beds.

The Ligonier includes a large open living room with fireplace, and you could easily include a kitchenette of your choosing in the area opposite the fireplace. Recessed lighting helps light the room and provides a touch of elegance.

The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a closet for those who may be roleplay oriented and an attached hallway which enters a room designed to be a bathroom, third bedroom, or nursery. The second bedroom also has vaulted ceilings and enters directly from the living area.
French doors lead from the living room to brick steps and a paved stone patio. A brick fireplace and chimney here is included with the home.

Doors open upon approach or touch and access to the doors is controlled by a notecard found within the door prim itself. Windows operate in that the lower sashes will rise and lower upon touch.

The Ligonier is presented in three base versions - red brick, tan brick, and grey brick. Each is sold separately, or you may purchase all three models in a fat pack.

The Ligonier comes complete with wearable HUDs which will allow you to customize the exterior, interior walls, and floors. Each base version will allow you to choose from 4 different brick textures in the color you have selected. For example, there are 4 brick varieties in red tone, 4 brick varieties in tan tones, and 4 brick varieties in grey and white tones. Each version also includes 5 options for siding, 5 options for shutters, and four options for the front door.
The interior HUDs allow for 7 different wall colors. The floor HUD includes options for 4 wood floor textures in each room and an additional 3 tile options for the room which may be used as a bathroom.

The home rezzes as one item so a rezz box system is not necessary. Just drag the house from your inventory to the land and position as you will.
