This building will fit comfortably within a 4096 plot. It has 2 floors and roof access through use of tp balls situated within elevators. It has multiple rooms on the ground floor and one large cathedral like room on the top floor.

5 uniqueness stars, 3 for practicality
The upstairs auditorium is huge, easy to accommodate a unique club. I purchased it some time ago for that purpose, but RL interfered. The elevator is actually a teleport so that's something I'd change. There's a good amount of sculpts that I found helped the appearance but not the practicality. Overall, it's usable, if one desires some sort of steampunk-goth build. I'd plan on at least a few mods tho, despite the "uniqueness" of it all.
Well made, beautiful and unique!
I bought this building to use as a store and modded it quite extensively. Since it was a tad on the high side prim wise for my personal use, I removed the tower, (which holds the elevator/TP balls,) and also found quite a few other areas to cut corners. All said and done I managed to shave off about 100 prims without effecting the aesthetic of this building. After working closely on this building I have gained respect for this creator as it is very detailed, very well crafted and very unique. Over all highly recommended, thank you Zia for this lovely build.
Beautiful Design
I won't give this a bad review simply because it doesn't have the trees in the picture like the other guy. How lame is that? All and all its a beautiful and well textured building and fairly unique. Haven't seen anything else like this in SL.
With that said despite it being able to fit on a aprot 2500/plot it does require a 4096/plot simply due to prim space. Especially if you plan on furnishing it and it does have some very minor flaws despite looking lovely. These flaws are nothing major but should be noted. The doors are buggy and don't work (easy fix) and the teleporters have to be manually set. Other than this its great but I cant give a 5/5 review until they're fixed.
Overall, its very large and roomy inside, looks great, and could be used for anything from role play, personal housing, club, or in my case a sandbox/hangout/play area!
I'll be down sizing in about 2-3 months but for the time being (2/18/2014) I have it rezzed on my land and the public is free to check it out at the below SL link. If you have any doubts come visit and see it for yourself. Is it worth the price simply due to the architecture and quality of build despite some poor scripting? Yes, very much so and being poor at scripting but good at building myself (and im sure others are vis-vers) I can forgive the builder for these minor flaws and recommend this structure to anyone interested in something that looks realistic and is original.

Terrible
When I bought the building first of all I thought the photos of the trees and everything on the outside of the building came with it. Nope, nothing does, it is completely gutted and the teleport elevator system throws you across the sim. Bought this to rez for a gift for a RL minister and for 900 lindens this was very disappointing. Photos look amazing buy you will be deceived. Had I known this is what it would turn out to be, I wouldn't have paid more than 200 for it.
