This is a set of rave sticks. They're automatically placed in your hands but can be worn on other parts of the body and adjusted. Please note these are adjusted for human (paw-less) hands but can be moved through the edit menu to fit paws or otherwise.
One set flashes all colors of the rainbow to fit other rave gear that does the same. The tintable set is for you to set it to whatever color you want. There are instructions included telling how to do so.
