When I first received this, it wasn't playing any music, but I contacted the creator and explained the problem and the very next day he fixed the problem and sent a working version.
It comes with 4 colour styles and for the price of L$299 I paid for it, it's a really nice build. I'm not sure why there are 2 chairs (maybe for playing with a friend?), but 1 can be removed to save a few prims.
The playing animation is stock, but it can be adjusted. It seems that most upright pianos I've seen use the grand piano playing animation, so it will likely cause your legs to go into the piano or your hands to be in the wrong position. It may take some time to get the animation looking right for you.
The "cuddle vase" is a nice addition, and by sitting on it with a friend you will both be positioned next to the piano in fluid animations. I'm not sure why this wasn't done by just sitting on the piano, but I won't fault it.
One of the best looking and best priced working upright pianos I've seen, and the customer support was great.
