A lovely magical treehouse with a hidden waterfall and cave inside the tree.
This is a huge treehouse - 100m tall - and the foliage span at the top is 80x80.
It's low prim yet very beautiful.
The treehouse including all outside foliage, plants, and the cave is only 211 prims.
The treehouse is modifiable but the tree is not.
