Marina Signs Version 2.0

These are mesh deco signs for marinas, with 1 land impact each:

- Slow - No Wake
- No Anchoring

Note: from the upload model these signs have a (theoretical) LI of 0.6. If you link them - for example, because they are placed in close vicinity anyway - the whole build still has only one (I tried it).
