Many scripts and objects in Second Life require you to enter your unique avatar key, or UUID. This is so they can send you information, such as names of visitors to your store, purchasers of your items, etc.
Some third party viewers show avatar keys on people's profiles, but for those whose viewers don't have that capacity, this simple one-prim avatar UUID giver is the solution.
Two versions are included here for you:
- A version to rez on any land and click. This will give the avatar UUID of anyone who clicks it.
- A HUD version (attaches to the centre point) that will only work for you.
Please note: The name and UUID of anyone clicking either version will appear in local/nearby chat, and will be seen by anyone within 20m of the object (or of your avatar, in the case of the HUD version).
