Permits teleport anywhere within a Region to another Mars Teleporter and when "registered" TP to any other registered Teleporter grid wide.

This Teleporter uses the RLV relay or Mars Experience to move the person requesting teleport.

There are 3 types of location the teleporter may handle:

1. Teleporting to another Teleporter Pad anywhere within the current region
2. Teleporting to another Teleporter Pad which is registered anywhere within the grid
3. Teleporting to a landmark added to the inventory of the Teleporter Pad itself

Type 1 locations are offered immediately on clicking the Teleporter Pad
Types 2 & 3 are listed in a separate menu when the Cross SIM option is selected.

Menu for owner
-------------------
The owner only gets this menu. All other users go straight to the teleport locations.

Upgrade TP - To upgrade the Teleporter pad just rez the Mars Upgrader next to the Teleporter and click this option. Teleporter should be offline first.

Incoming / NoIncoming - Responds or does not respond to incoming Teleporter requests.
Note owner may always teleport to all Teleporter locations.

Instructions - gives these notes

Set Name - to set the name of the Teleporter using channel /8 (or you can edit the object description) or via a text box

Scan - perform a scan as owner of the TP for other Teleporters in the Region
(this is usually done automatically when the teleporter goes online, is updated or periodically)

Local TP - actually teleport to another local (within same region) Teleporter

Cross SIM TP - teleport to another registered Teleporter which may be anywhere on the grid

Landmark TP - teleport to a LM within this Teleporter Pad

Register/Unregister - register or de-register this Teleporter as a Cross SIM teleport location.
Be careful when naming your Teleporter when registering it. If inappropriate Mars may disable it.
Also remember access to that area must be public otherwise teleports will fail & drop them off in unexpected places

Hovertext/No Hovertext - switches on/off the status hover text over the teleporter

Other options switch between Modes of operation:

Owner - Only the owner may use this teleporter (in & out)

Group - Set Teleporter to a group to restrict access to this group (plus owner). Users must belong to the group to get a list of locations in the first place. If the target Teleporter is set to group then the clicked Teleporter's group is used to check if the target should be included in the list.

Open - Anyone may use the Teleporter. Incoming teleports may be stopped making this a one way Teleporter
(great for traps/mazes etc)

In only - Only allows incoming teleports but for anyone (useful for maze and prison entrances)

Note: The owner may always TP to any Teleporter in the region regardless of the settings (even offline). The owner is the only one receiving the configuration menus.

User Menus
--------------
When users click the pad they just get a sorted list of within region locations they are permitted to access. This is based on their group and access permissions set by the owner.

If the Teleporter is registered as a Cross SIM teleport location or there are landmarks in the Pad's inventory then they may click the "Cross SIM TP" button to get a list of remote locations to teleport to. Cross SIM and LM locations are open landing points and are not restricted by groups etc.

The Teleporter will attempt to use granted permissions (Mars Experience) or any RLV Relay/Ring to teleport the user. This minimises further user clicks required to achieve a successful teleport. If all else fails then the user is prompted to either sit on the beam or in the case of Cross SIM teleports touch the pad again.
