Mercy Patient HUD v5 Version 5.3
The newest version of the Mercy patient HUD takes your medical or emergency roleplay to the next level. It allows you to set your vital signs like heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and more, and have those vitals able to be viewed or checked by Mercy equipment. The HUD also responds to medications and treatments. For example, a doctor can administer medication to treat a fever, and the HUD will automatically respond.
In addition to manual control over your vital signs, the HUD allows you to set conditions that strike your avatar at random, like allergy attacks, asthma, and more. These conditions animate your avatar, play sounds, as well as impair your movement (as appropriate). These conditions can be "treated" with medications (also available in the Mercy store).
The Mercy HUD v5 also supports environmental hazards, like fire, smoke, gas, and other things that can affect your avatar. For example, if you stay underwater too long without breathing equipment, your avatar could "drown" (ie, pass out).
The HUD also allows you to select your avatar's species and set baseline vital signs that may be drastically different from a mere human's. Several examples are included, or you can create your own by editing the included notecard.
The monitor shown in the images is only an example of how equipment responds to the HUD, and is not included.
v5.1 is a slight update to the HUD which adds a clothing/accessory button. This corresponds to the "Helmet" button on the diving and respirator HUDs and activates certain equipment.
v5.3 increases the timeout for the Use button.
