The idea is very good. Shape, proportions are great. But 8Li for 3m. Textures are poor. No dropped shadow...

The mesh has good LOD, you still see the rocket shape from far. The drawback is the LI cost: 16 LI for 5 m high, 36 LI for 10 m high, 110 LI from 19 to 64 m high.
The texture could be perfectible, there are little artefacts between the red and white square, why not 5 stars.
Overall it is a satisfying mesh, nice looking, not overpriced
