EXACTLY what I was looking for!
Easy to resize, stretch, etc. Plus there are multiple faces to modify and it is very easy to unlink and delete the hanging chain and mount if you want to. I linked a transparent prim with logo text on one of its faces to the sign (without hanging chain) and it still remained at 1-prim impact. I couldn't be happier!

Spot on
As the previous reviewer wrote, it is easy to removing the hanging chains, to make a nice stylish wall sign. And if you do that, you can link 2 together on a wall, and still just the 1 prim count / LI :)
