This is a steampunk Version of my gothic mansion, high quality build using only the best textures and sculpted arches.
One of the Best gothic builds you will see!

This version has a dungeon,is totaly retextured and a bell tower also some added lighting effects and extra fire torches and fire places with red flames as well as the standard ones the normal mansion has!

The dungeon has a secret door on the right of the stairs, a wall that when clicked moves revealing the entrance to the dungeon!

It has 3 rooms on the upper floor (2 bedrooms and a large bathroom)
2 rooms plus a large hallway on the ground floor
lockable doors
also included are copyable fire places and 2 types of fire torches
417 prims and is copy & mod
Comes in a rezz box and has a footprint of 62 X 43.5 meters
Will just fit on a 4096 meter plot
