With the HUD you can change the color of the body in Myriads of Colors and you can make parts of the body Invisible.

Simple but detailed
Very easy to set up and use. Not all shapes or shape sliders work, but what it comes as looks nice. I left it colored as in picture with gray skin and copper hair, looks good as a humanoid alien female.
