This building didn't have a nice fault: Even if the basement and the first two floors are ok more or less, the third floor is too damaged to get repaired in any way. So, the elevator only reaches up to the second floor, one have to take the emergency stairs to reach the 3rd floor.
'cause basement and two upper floors are more or less functionable you may choose if you lease the lofts to poorer people or if you leave the hole building for the RPs on your sim.
