Inside this button, you can add/remove various parts of the baby's clothes and blanket. Most of these buttons act as a toggle on/off button so if you click it and don't get your desired reaction...try once more.
ACCENT changes the color of the accent pieces of the baby's outfit...so you can match any outfit.
BABY is how you turn the name on/off above the baby's head
BLANKET lets you put the blanket on and off...as well as change the style of the blanket
SKIRT lets you remove the skirt OR just take the lace off

Inside this button you can choose if your baby is human, elf, neko, or vamp.

*•.¸ Animate ¸.•*
Here is your built in AO. You have the option to turn it off or choose the hold that is best for you. Once you choose your hold...click the baby and in the love menu, choose a coresponding hold
RESET lets you reset the baby's scripts if he or she doesn't seem to be acting right. This only resets the scripts, it does not reset the name or family2 card
STROLLER and CARRIER when clicked, puts the babies in a position close to where they need to be for those items. You will need to use edit to move the baby into the exact position you want.
START and STOP turns the baby's animated motions on/off
SIT lets you sit with your baby

BABY SLEEPY tells your baby to sleep. Babies will sleep until you wake them
BABY AWAKE wakes your baby
BABY QUIET keeps the baby from sending chatter to local chat
BABY TALK lets your baby resume chatter after you've had them quiet

Let's you interact with your baby in several sweet ways
TEDDY toggles the bear on/off

Here you can choose the position in which you hold your baby.
STOPPED forces all animations to stop animating your avatar
