*If by any reason you do not receive a response after the first 3 days, please contact me again. Sometimes things can get lost in the group spam. I will always try my best to get in contact as soon as possible.
*Before leaving a bad review, please contact me. I will always try to go out of my way to fix the problem. But any slanderous abuse towards me, and our conversation will end.

*Refunds will only be issued if there is a double purchase. Please notecard me of your transaction and I will look into it.
*In case of delivery problems, please contact me and I will see to it that your product is delivered. There is also a redelivery terminal directly in my in-world store.

Note:
"I CAN'T SEE MESH!!" You must ask yourself, are you running a mesh viewer? While most Second Life viewers run mesh these days, please make sure you are updated to the latest viewer.
Sometimes mesh, especially in crowded areas does not want to spawn at all. So you may have to either go to a less crowded sim or restart your viewer entirely. Sometimes cache clearing may help as well.

"My Applier isn't working!!" Are you in a sim that allows scripts? Some sims due to high forms of traffic or trolling, disable their scripts to allow a smoother running sim. Other problems may occur when using the Omega hud, omega may require to use a relay for products such as Slink or Maitreya. You can purchase those through the Omega store.
