This nightingale sound is scripted to play during the daytime only. Just drag and drop the object to where you want it.
There is no menu to adjust the volume of this sound - Nightingales are usually louder than any other bird around, and the volume has been set fairly high for this reason. I may release an update with a volume control in the future, but in the meantime if you want it softer or louder just drop me a NC and I'll modify it for you.
