SIM EXPAND Series ( off-sim islands )

Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

Maybe i will be the only person who does not ask for money back after buying it for the offer. All we've talked a little or more with Andreas, we know that is a very kind and generous person (a person that replicates the beauty of nature in an environment of pixels should be). I had the opportunity to prove it. If not give it free, I so buy also because everything Andreas sell is of high quality, good texture, well done, but best of all is that I measure myself especially the use of lag and all products of REAL have the LOWER use of scripts and lag you can find in these items. Then Andreas if read this, dont return me money :) The island is very well builded, with practice you can make it not off-sim and if you do so, you can not walk on but if you put an Invisible prim yes. mainly is out sim, for this is not walkable AS ALL OUT SIMS items. Animations, textures, and sounds are excellent as always in REAL products. Thanks for be of good heart with people.

Lots of things to be mentioned, hope I won't forget anything...
Well, let's start with the amount of prims. 19? Looks more like it's 50 at least! Palms, a gazebo, rocks around the island, everything looks just great... this speaks for itself. In-world looks even better than on screenshots here. Thumbs up for the perfect optimization!
An ability to place it outside the sim. This is a great solution for those who prefers not a solid open water to make it more interesting!
Particles and sounds for waves and the fire. High-quality, though sounds might be a bit louder, but it's just me :)
Pillows at gazebo. You can invite your team here and nobody would have to stand: there's enough places for an average company! And I really love the sitting animation, that you don't look like a statue (what is a big fault of plenty of furniture creators), that you're moving while sitting, stretching your hands and stuff.

And last, but not least. A notecard and a picture, that well describe the features of the island. You'll never be confused how to set it up properly, if you read (or, at least, take a glance at) the notecard first.
