Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

I spotted this island on my neighbours parcel and was fascinated by the realistic waves, so I HAD to get it. The regular price would be 199L$, but for a limited time its for free. Amazing!
Theres one deficit though, the whole scene is no mod, I would rather prefer to buy a copy that is mod for a slightly higher price, so I would be able to adjust it perfectly to my landscape.

I was very curious how this was gonna look since its written its FREE. So i decided to have a look at the sim where all the merchandise are. One look at it, i wanted it badly. Such an awesome built, Real Nice Splash Animation , Waves and Goshhh, that splash sound it darn awesome ! & for this awesome built, i`ve decided not to claim my L$199, its well worth paying for !
