They are copy and mod, which allows you to tint them any color that works best with your current skin.
If you only want the face moles, without the body, you can purchase them separately. Please see related items below.

These layers will only work on the default avatar. They do not work with mesh avatars. I am working on appliers/installers for different mesh bodies atm and will release them shortly. They will have to be purchased seperately.
