The online indicator script and the object scanner script was made by the above individuals and they both offer there item for free at their marketplace store. I have incorporated both there scripts into my platform rez hud to come up with a finished product called The Online Indicator & Platform Rez & Scanner Hud.
The hud is boxed and will need unpacked after you receive it, once unpacked just wear it from your inventory, it will by default attach to the center of the screen. If you want to move it to another spot on the screen just right click on it and in the pie menu window click on edit, now just use the colored arrows to drag it to the spot your wanting it.
This hud is very simple to use, names you have put into the online indicator will show up above the button that says (Online Now) as floating text, to rez the 10x10 platform just click the button that says (Click 2 Rez Platform) and to scan for scripted prims (16 total) within 96M just click the button that says (Object Scanner). The scanner is very basic and will give you some info about the scripted objects in local chat.
The platform is small 10x10 platform, I use it for the most part to go up in the air alone to sort inventory or to work on small items such as this hud, you can remove the platform in it an replace it with a much larger one of your choice if your wanting one a lot larger. Use edit linked parts and click on (Click 2 Rez Platform) and then look under the content tab and delete the platform in there and drag yours into the content tab and then close the edit windows and your ready to rez the new platform.
Example of how to add and remove a name from the online indicator.
/8 add dallas wasp (this will add the name to the list to check for)
/8 remove dallas wasp (this will remove the name from the list)
/8 list (this will give you a list in local chat of the names loaded)
/8 reset (this will reset the script and remove all names from it)
