Ori Beach House is a small open-concept home on a meter high base.
It has high white-plastered walls(5m), brown rustic wooden trimmings and a verandah for outdoor living.
It has double sliding doors for the entrance and long double windows, if you open both of them at the same time, you can walk out of.
Ori Beach House is 34 land impact and the house itself is 15x9 with an additional 1m for the stairs.
It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also included a rezzer for easy positioning. It is UNFURNISHED.
