[P.0.E] - Sci-fi Station Expansion Kit DEMO

This kit is an expansion to our Sci-fi Interior Build kit! It features a multitude of new assets, styled after brutalist, art deco, and retro sci-fi themes!

Included are:

- A new scripted door piece with black and white variants
- 12 new wall pieces, each featuring material faces for coloring
- Five new light pieces
- A ladder asset with a short and long variant. Another long variant with an optional ladder climbing prim is added for convenience!

* Note, you can see the climbing prim with CTRL + ALT + T! Leave it separate from the ladder when positioning. We recommend against linking it to keep it 2 Land Impact!

- A scripted maintenance hatch, allowing for users to pass-through
- A new stair piece
- About 10 Trim pieces (Many can be flipped around, allowing for both sides to be used as decorative elements)
- 9 Pillar assets
- 5 Girder pieces
- 6 Doorway pieces
- A Brutalist sci-fi archway
- A reinforced glass texture
- A patterned concrete trim sheet
- Three seamless support beam textures
- A concrete texture with a gridded variant.
- A seamless pipe texture with two variants.
- A window frame piece with three variants.
- 5 Floor pieces
- 8 Art Deco styled Pieces
- 5 Decorative rock face textures

* The Maintenance hatch is animated to open and close when clicked, and turns phantom upon opening. This allows users to pass through unobstructed.

* Most assets are 1-3 Land Impact! Check out the demo!

* All assets have physics meshes!

* We highly recommend enabling advanced lighting to see everything optimally!

* All pieces are fully modifiable, allowing for easy recoloring!

* The doors are scripted to open when walked into, and close automatically!
