burst little glowing Particle Balls around You which are fading out and others come after it.
The Orbitals are by default attached to Your right Hip and state_entry is OFF by FIRST Usage. That way You can attach it to Your Body without that the Particles surround You already. After attached once, the next Time of Usage the state_entry will be the same as it was by Detach.

Usage:
~ Rezz and unpack the Box it will give You a Folder in Your Inventory
~ Right-click on the Particle *Pretty Lights Orbitals* green
~ Press "Wear" (by default attached to Your right Hand).
~ To start Orbitals type in LocalChat "burst" set on Channel 0
~ To stop Orbitals type in LocalChat "fade" set on Channel 0
~ If You don't need it anymore just go in Your Inventory - Subtab Worn Items - right-click the Particle *Pretty Lights Orbitals* green again and press "Detach"
