RE Small Manor Building - Haunted House - Church/School/Abandoned

This is a nice sized unique building, with a porch and curved roof in front. It has old gray wood on the outside, with broken windows and old wallpaper & floor on the inside. It’s raised off the ground, with a stone foundation.

It features custom textures & sculpts, but it Mod, so they can be changed. The sculpted parts give the look of more detail, but use less prims.

This building is handy for Spooky, Haunted places or as an old or abandoned structure in country, western and old west settings or anywhere a smaller sized church, town hall, meeting house or school is needed. Could also be used as a home or shop space.

It has a 12 x 16 footprint, including the porch, but not the roof over hang or front stairs. The main building is 12 x 12.
