Beautiful 3 story home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
*1st floor has separate rooms for the kitchen, casual dining, formal dining, living, laundry space, bathroom, a library/study and a Master bedroom with a walk-in Wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. With 9 sets of french doors leading to the back deck.
Then take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor.
There are 2 different versions of the hosue included that have different options for this floor.
One version has 4 bedrooms all with wardrobes, and a large billards room/playroom.
In the other version there is 6 bedrooms and no Billiards room. Also there are doors leading out from both sides into front and back balconies.
Further up you have a 3rd floor.
Again there are different layout options.
One version has an attic ladder leading up to the roof level floor where you can have an empty attic space and 2 closed off rooms.
The other option gives you a staircase leading up to the roof level and has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Like the design and look, but...
Two issues. Compared to more recent builds available, this does not hold up well at distances. Not a major issue though. The one that frustrates me and irritates me the most is that it is the most difficult build I own to place furniture. I've ended up just moving a solid prim around to rez furniture on. Otherwise, you have to go searching for furniture rezed under the floor, up in the rafters or not at all.

I bought this house in 2018 and I find myself using it over and over again, especially for rentals. Tenants love it! It comes with a library add-on. There's a trick to using it. The room where the library goes is removeable and then the library just slides right in using the same X,Y, Z coordinates as the room you removed. Brilliant.

This house to me is worth the price, my only issue is that some rooms are not camera friendly. but I can look through that. this holds all my family members.

I love this! The fact that this home comes down with an 11 bedroom house is absolutely amazing! I love the space in the rooms, everything fits on my 4096sqm land, it creates more space for a pool as well
