Beautiful modern 3 story home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
Main (middle) floor has a large joint kitchen/dining area on one side and a spacious living room on the other side with the beautiful slatted stairwell in the centre to separate the 2 areas. A full patio deck runs around the back of the house on the middle level, and also off the dining room you have a massive front decking area that also joins to the main entry of the home.
If you go down the stairs from the middle level you'll come to the ground floor level. There you have the Garage, a back door exit to the house, 2 generous bedrooms both with sliding doors to outside patio decks, and also a laundry and huge bathroom space that could be used alternatively as another bedroom.
If you instead go from the middle level up the stairs, then you come to the Master suite. To the left you have the bedroom with sliding doors to a
private deck with views on both sides of the house, and to the right you have the wardrobe room and a door through to an ensuite or perhaps you could use that space for an office or baby nursery.
For the flat land version no terraforming is needed.
To use the sloped driveway add-on however you will need to do some terraforming using the Sloped version of the Palm View House in this pack.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

HORRIBLE, PROBLEM AND POORLY FINISHED HOUSE !!!!!
WHERE IS THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE? NOTHING LOOKS LIKE WHAT I SAW IN THE STORE!!!! I PAID DEARLY FOR A COMPLETE HOUSE AND NOT FOR PIECES THAT I HAVE TO GUESS WHERE TO FIT !!!!!

LOD on railing
The LOD on the Railing is problematic for me. It collapses at quite a close distance. Does anyone else have this problem? Apart from that the house is great.
Stairs Do NOT Fit The Sloped Driveway Versions Of The House.
I love this house, I really do but, why make a version of the house with obsolete stairs in the folder? Please Update and fix this.
Wouldn't buy it again
I love the house, but... the sliding doors have stopped working. This is no minor thing, since there are eight sets of sliding doors on the house. Supposedly, I'm supposed to just rezz another house? Are you freaking kidding me? That's a lot of effort! And L$4500 is a LOT to pay for doors that don't work consistently.
no doors auto-close scripts?
I'm not that old to SL but this is my first time seeing a house not having a auto-close doors scripts, random people come to my place and leaves the doors on, it gets annoying after a while, but overall this house it good.
Nice House. But what's with the scripts in the sliding doors?
I have had this house for years. I like it in so many ways. But about ten times a year the sliding doors stop working correctly. For no apparent reason. I am told to just rezz the house again. Gee how convenient. How about why does it happen?
