A huge modern Basement Add-On made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.

With beautiful glass panel railing leading down into your Basement (That you can easily slide into place beneath the Trenton Rise House). The first room is extra Large, enough room to set up a Bar or games room. Then there is double sliding doors into cinema space that could also be used as another bedroom if you wanted.
There is also a Bathroom and a bedroom in the back with space for a small wardrobe behind a slatted wall.

The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

1 Basement Level with stairs (58 Land Impact)
1 Tiled Wall Add-On for Bathroom (1 Land Impact)
1 Slatted wall in the Basement bedroom (can remove)
