RS HUD is for riders in a ride out. It does not have a lot of functionality. Clicking on it, you can send a message to the road captain.
You will receive any messages and teleport requests from it.
By itself, it does not do anything.
Prims are mod and copy and you can put your own textures on it. If your MC wants to have one with MC Logo to their members distrubited, I can put a vendor in MC Sim with the logo texture already added.
