Great addition to my holodeck!
This grungy shack became the center of the new shell for my Novatech Horizons holodeck.
Although it is listed as 42 prims, I reduced it to 22 LI by first setting the building's physics shape to 'convex hull', then turning the physics of the 2 doorways back to 'prim'. The latter is necessary to enable people to pass through.
