Actual LI (2024): simple gazebo - 9 Li, with lights - 11 Li, with snow - 11 Li, with lights and snow - 13 Li (land impact listed for default size, it will change if you scale a model)
It was designed with classic "baked lighting"/Blinn-Phong textures. It will be updated with new materials in the future for free.
You can customize gazebo with texture change HUD: choose between 5 wood and 5 roof textures!

regret not to dig deeper and find this little gem before I wasted money on one from another rather popular dev turned out with hole in the roof lol.. This one has the classic gazebo structure that ive been looking for my zen garden. I truly love this gazebo!
I was looking for a gazebo that was both modifyable, and modular (could be taken apart). I needed a gazebo with two entrances instead of the usual one.
After days of searching the MP and checking and inspecting everything I could find inworld, I narrowed it down to the Windridge Gazebo, and I honestly could not be happier with that decision.
Super easy to modify, with two included versions of the model to mix and match parts from, as desired, plus optional string lights and snow effects, not to mention the variations of wood and roof textures.
