Complete Rubbish...!!
As this hat was only 1L I took a chance as I just wanted it for a Christmas photo shoot. As other reviewers have said the creator says it is MODIFY but it is not. Unless you have a massive head DO NOT buy this. Note to creator... maybe you made an accidental mistake ticking the modify box - but now you have all negative feedback for this item - please do the decent thing and make appropriate changes... Oh and MERRY CHRISTMAS. I will go to another store instead and won't be buying from you again....!!!
