1.) Changeable textures
The RentCube comes with 4 colorable textures (Rentable, Rented, Overdue, Reserved). You can remove these textures and throw in your own for it to use. Simply name them the same and it will start using them. No hovertext also means less spam to renters, as their name is not displayed anywhere on the RentCube.

2.) Overdue status
If you've tried those other rental systems, you probably have seen people get ticked that just because they accidentally got one day behind in rent and now somebody has rented their stall right out from under them! Well no more! Now after the time passes, the rentcube goes into "overdue" mode which sends reminders to the renter (and optionally an overdue notecard) and also sends reminders to the owner of the RentCube (first name/key on the access list). If days are at -2 and the person pays a week's rent, they go to +5 days...ect. Better all around!

3.) No notecard settings
Although this is nice for alot of stuff in SL, it isn't for rental systems! Because of the limitations of SL, only the owner of an object can edit the notecards inside, even with edit rights given on your buddies list. RentCubes use a totally menu driven system for both easy setup, and to allow an "access" list of people who can edit the RentCube settings at any time.

HOW TO:
-First you drop the RentCube, it reads the access notecard and converts names to keys if needed. You can also just use keys for a faster more reliable load-up every time.
-Next somebody who is on the access list can touch the RentCube which is in Settings mode. This brings up menus which ask you for all the settings. Once your done, you can optionally copy the majority of the settings to other rentcubes using the copy functions.
-After your done with the settings, the RentCube will enter Running mode which means anybody can pay to rent. Anybody with access can optionally touch the RentCube at this time to be able to manually setup a renter, reserve it for somebody, or enter Settings mode again.
-People without access who touch the RentCube will be given a "rental information" notecard. They can right click > pay the RentCube at anytime.
-After somebody has rented the spot, they can touch the RentCube at anytime to receive basic information such as, how many days are paid for.
-If the RentCube somehow becomes bugged from lag, script backups, or anything else... There is an option to recheck the renter's uuid which can be used at anytime. It fixes the key if it's not correct which will help get things back on track.
