An add-on addition to any plot of land! Aside from the shelves and crates there has been room intentionally left bare for your own customization of your new basement/cellar area. Each piece can be copied and edited so can fit it to your needs. There is an extra door included just in case. Leave it unlinked from cellar.
It is 83 land impact / 166 prims.
*Edit* This was one of my first attempts at buildings. I realize now a few hiccups I made years later. I intend to make a better version of this build. The current price is slashed drastically lower than the original price.
